On June 24th, Gothenburg View opens in Karlatornet – a new iconic destination in Gothenburg and one of the Nordic region's most spectacular visitor experiences.

On the 69th floor, approximately 220 metres above ground level, visitors are greeted by panoramic views of the entire city, the archipelago, and the harbour entrance. Gothenburg View is more than just a viewpoint – it's an experience that combines world-class architecture, urban development, and hospitality.

We welcome both international visitors, businesses, and private guests who want to experience Gothenburg from a whole new perspective. Each visit is carefully choreographed – from arrival at the entrance to the experience at the top – where service, flow and feeling are crucial.

As a service employee and host, you become a central part of this whole. You are not just part of the operation – you are part of the experience.

Job duties

• Welcome and guide visitors through the experience
• Manage tickets and entry (digital systems & scanning)
• Ensuring a professional flow in entrance and lift logistics
• Host on the observation deck (69th floor)
• Provide service, answer questions and actively create a memorable experience
• Conducting simpler guided tours and presentations about Karlatornet and the surrounding area
• Work with cafe sales
• Work with upselling (e.g. experiences, coffee breaks, extras)
• Handle simpler operational tasks and maintain a presentable environment
• Contribute to safety, structure, and a high level of service throughout the visitor journey

 Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English (required)
• Further languages are a strong asset
• Experience of service professions (e.g. hotel, restaurant, events, tourism, retail)
• Experience customer contact and hosting
• Basic digital proficiency (ticketing systems, POS systems, etc.)
