The world's highest Christmas buffet
Experience the flavours of Christmas on the 69th floor, with views over the whole of Gothenburg
Christmas buffet at the function suite in Karlatornet, floor 69
Classic Christmas flavours meet West Coast delicacies in a modern interpretation, focusing on local produce and genuine craftsmanship
Tastes of the West Coast
On the 69th floor, we lay out a Christmas buffet where familiar Christmas flavours meet the best of Gothenburg and the West Coast. Here, the classics sit alongside fish and shellfish, local produce and modern interpretations that give the Christmas buffet a distinct West Coast character.
The flavours range from salty, sour, sweet and spicy, right through to the sweet finale of Christmas. Behind the ingredients are local producers and a craft where quality and origin are given prominence.
An evening on the 69th floor
The evening starts with mulled wine and nibbles while you take in the view over Gothenburg. Anyone who wants to can step out into the glass cube and experience the height before it is time to sit down at the table.
Next, the Christmas buffet awaits and an evening together 220 metres above the city. As dinner draws to a close, there is plenty of time to stay, continue the conversations and enjoy the lights of Gothenburg outside the windows.
Large groups
For larger parties the venue is included, and if you book the entire floor you get Gothenburg View completely to yourselves for the evening. After the Christmas buffet, the evening can continue with mingling, music and dancing, 220 metres above the city.
The Christmas buffet runs from 27 November to 20 December
