Bartender – Gothenburg View

On June 24th, Gothenburg View in Karlatornet opens to the public – a new destination where views, architecture, and experiences meet 220 metres above Gothenburg.

We are now looking for bartenders who want to be involved from the start and create an extraordinary bar experience.

An evening at Gothenburg View is about more than just drinks. It's about atmosphere, people and the feeling of experiencing the city from the Nordic region's tallest building. Here, guests meet over a glass of bubbly, a beer or cocktails, music and the city lights far above Gothenburg's rooftops. The pace, energy and view create an environment that few workplaces can offer.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in drinks, flavours and meeting people. Behind the bar, you are confident, present and professional. You work with pace and precision without losing the feel in the guest interaction and understand that service is about more than what is served in the glass. You are knowledgeable about classic cocktails, are curious about developing, and see details as a natural part of the craft.

For you, hosting is about reading your guests, creating the right atmosphere, and delivering an experience that feels personal. You contribute positive energy and thrive in a social environment where no two evenings are the same.

You will be a central part of the Observation Deck’s pulse, where the bar often sets the tone for the evening. The pace can be high at times, but we help each other, maintain structure, and ensure that both guests and colleagues feel seen.

We are looking for you who:

• Has experience from a bar, restaurant or event environment
• Social, solution-oriented and confident when meeting people
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Gladly speak further languages
• Want to be involved in building a completely new destination from scratch
